RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer cancellations, refunds and returns once the order is confirmed

We at Love by Kaveri assure you that the highest quality product is showcased on our website. However, if you are not happy with the product, return it to us within 7 days, we will exchange it for you or provide store credit if it meets any 2 the following conditions within 48 hours of receiving the products:

• An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email and the returned product is unused, unworn and the original tags are attached and intact.
• The product has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect and the returned product is unused, unworn and the original tags are attached and intact.

Please note, items listed on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
